The last several years, during the Christmas season, we hear how the government and business’ alike are trying to do away with the reason for the season, the birth of Jesus. It’s no longer Merry Christmas, it’s happy holidays, even though it’s “Christmas” that brings in their money… go figure. An article came out today about a radio address by President Ronald Reagan around the late 1970’s. It serves as a reminder that this war on Christmas is nothing new in this world. It’s happened before and will probably happen again but it does serve as an encouragement. read
